Coaching Team

All of our coaches volunteer their own time to help our boxers develop and achieve the success associated with Greenock Boxing Club. With experience of boxing at all levels our coaches can pass down the type of advice needed to develop our members.

Danny Lee - Head Coach Danny is the driving force behind Greenock Boxing Club and has coached every champion the club has produced. Danny has won multiple awards throughout his coaching career, most recent being Inverclyde's Sports Personality Coach of the Year Award.	Alan Docherty Alan Docherty, pictured here with World Champion, Josh Taylor. Alan leads our Cubs Class and has two grandsons who represent Greenock Boxing Club.	David Latham David Latham (right) is a long term coach in the club and represented Greenock Boxing Club in his youth!
Peter Scobie Peter coaches our carded boxers, pictured here with his son Maison who also represents the club!	Billy Clark Pictured second in from the right, Billy supports our young boxers and his grand daughter Penny represents the club
